How fast will someone get back to me?
Within one business day for messages sent through this page, and usually much sooner. If your roof is actively leaking, call or text 832-860-0262 instead — we treat active leaks as emergencies.
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. A documented inspection costs nothing and carries no obligation. You keep the photos whether or not you hire us.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. You can also get a ballpark number yourself in about a minute with the 60-second roof estimate, then confirm it in person.
Can I talk to someone in Spanish?
Yes — on the phone, at the inspection, in the contract and on the job site. Esta página también existe en español.
Do you handle insurance claims?
We document storm damage and give you a contractor's estimate for your claim. We are not a public insurance adjuster, and we never waive or absorb a deductible (Texas Ins. Code §707.057).
