Roofing Brands We Install

The manufacturers behind your roof — and how we help you pick the right system for a Houston home.

We are not tied to a single manufacturer. We install proven, widely available roofing systems and recommend the one that fits your roof, your budget, your HOA, and the weather this part of Texas actually throws at a roof — heat, wind, and hail.

Product availability and warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and can change. We confirm the exact product line, color, and written warranty in your proposal before any work begins.
Manufacturers

Brands We Work With

Six manufacturers cover almost every roof we see in Houston and Spring. Here is the short, honest version of what each one is known for.

Manufacturer names, logos, and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and appear here only to identify the products we install. Their use does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or certification from any manufacturer.

What you're actually buying

A Roof Is a System, Not Just Shingles

Two roofs with the same shingle can perform very differently. These are the components we itemize in every written proposal, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Underlayment

The water barrier over your decking. We use synthetic underlayment — it handles Houston heat better than traditional felt and tears far less during installation.

Valley & Leak Barrier

Self-adhering membrane in valleys and around penetrations, where the majority of leaks actually start.

Starter Strip

The purpose-made first course along eaves and rakes. Cut-up shingles used as starter are a common corner-cut and a common wind failure.

Hip & Ridge Caps

Matched caps sized for your shingle line, not field shingles folded over the ridge. This is what the roofline actually looks like from the curb.

Ventilation

Balanced intake and exhaust. Get this wrong and attic heat shortens the life of the shingle you just paid for — a real issue in Texas summers.

Flashing & Drip Edge

Metal at every wall, chimney, and edge. We price replacement flashing openly rather than quietly reusing what's up there.

How it works

How We Match a Brand to Your Roof

Inspect

A free, documented inspection tells us the pitch, layers, decking condition, and ventilation you're starting from.

Compare

We show you two or three realistic systems side by side — what each costs, and what the difference actually buys you.

Confirm

You see physical samples in daylight against your own brick and trim, and we check any HOA requirement before ordering.

Install

We install to the manufacturer's specification and hand you the written manufacturer and workmanship warranties.

FAQ

Questions Homeowners Ask

Do you only install one brand?

No. We are not a manufacturer-exclusive contractor, and we do not claim a certification we don't hold. We recommend the system that fits your roof and budget, and we tell you plainly why.

Which brand is best for Houston?

For most homes here, a quality architectural shingle from any of the manufacturers above will perform well — installation and ventilation matter more than the logo on the bundle. Where the brand does matter is impact resistance, color availability, and how long you plan to stay in the home.

Are impact-resistant (Class 4) shingles worth it?

They can be, especially if your home has taken hail before. Many Texas insurers price impact-rated roofs differently — ask your carrier what it would mean for your policy, and we'll quote both options so you can compare real numbers.

Who covers the warranty — you or the manufacturer?

Both, and they cover different things. The manufacturer warrants the material itself; our workmanship warranty covers the installation. You get both in writing, with the terms spelled out, before work starts.

Can I see real samples?

Yes. We bring physical samples to your free inspection so you can see them in daylight on your own house. Start with our shingle color guide to narrow it down first.

Not Sure Which System You Need?

Book a free, documented inspection and we'll bring samples and a clear, itemized comparison — no pressure.
