Atlas is the brand we raise when hail is the headline. Their StormMaster family is impact-rated across the board rather than as a single upgrade SKU, so you can choose a Class 4 roof and still choose the look you want. If your home has been through a hail claim, this conversation is worth having.

Impact Across the Look
Class 4 in both a shake and a slate profile, so choosing impact resistance doesn't force a look you don't want.
Algae Resistance
Houston humidity streaks roofs. The Scotchgard-protected lines are built to resist that specific staining.
Insurance Conversation
Many Texas carriers price impact-rated roofs differently. Ask yours, and we'll quote Class 4 and standard side by side.

You see physical samples in daylight against your own brick, and we check any HOA requirement before ordering.
Install
We install to the manufacturer's specification and hand you the written manufacturer and workmanship warranties.
Questions Homeowners Ask
Does a Class 4 roof lower my insurance?
Sometimes, and it depends entirely on your carrier and policy — we can't promise a discount and won't. Call your agent, ask what an impact-resistant roof does to your premium, and bring us the number. We'll price both options either way.
Is Class 4 hail-proof?
No. It is a laboratory impact rating, not a guarantee. It means the shingle resists impact better than a standard one, and severe hail can still damage it.
Why the Scotchgard line?
Black streaking on Houston roofs is algae, not dirt. The protected lines are made to slow it down. It is a cosmetic benefit, but a real one here.
