Good to know

Before You Call Storm Bolt Roofing

The things people usually ask in the first two minutes of a call.

How fast will someone get back to me?

Messages sent from this page get a reply within one business day, and most get one a lot sooner. Active leak? Don't wait on a form — call or text 832-860-0262 and we handle it as an emergency.

Is the roof inspection really free?

Really. The documented inspection has no fee and no strings — the photos are yours to keep even if you never hire us.

Do you charge for an estimate?

Never. If you'd rather start on your own, the 60-second roof estimate gives you a ballpark in about a minute; we confirm it in person afterward.

Can I talk to someone in Spanish?

Sí. Spanish works for the call, the inspection, the contract and the crew on your roof. Esta página también existe en español.

What do you do on an insurance claim?

We photograph and document storm damage and hand you a contractor's estimate you can submit with your claim. We are not a public insurance adjuster, and under Texas Ins. Code Chapter 707 we never waive or absorb a deductible.

What areas do you serve?

Spring, Houston and the communities around them — the list above is the full one. Not on it? Call anyway; we may still be able to come out.

I want to work with you, not hire you. Where do I go?

Pick the door that fits: Careers for jobs, the Referral Program if you know a homeowner who needs us, Volunteer or Sponsorships for community work, and Events to meet the team.

Tell Us What the Roof Is Doing

Book the free inspection, or pick up the phone and describe what you're seeing. You'll get a straight answer, not a runaround.
