It started on other people’s driveways
Storm Bolt Roofing is family-owned and based in Spring, Texas, with crews working across greater Houston. Eloy Pico, who founded the company, has 20+ years of roofing experience — and his family is still the one on the phone, on the ladder and on the hook for every roof.
The idea came from watching what happens after a Gulf Coast storm. A truck pulls up, somebody glances at the roof, and the homeowner is told it is “totaled” and handed a number. No photos. No explanation of what a claim actually involves. And too often, the whole conversation happens in a language the homeowner does not speak.
So this company was built the other way around: photograph the roof first, explain it in the homeowner’s own language, put the price in writing, then step back and let them decide.

Under Texas Insurance Code Chapter 707 a contractor cannot waive, absorb or rebate your deductible. Some still offer. We will not, and we will explain the reason before you have to ask.

Storm Bolt Roofing, LLC is insured for general liability. We document storm damage and write contractor estimates; we are not a public insurance adjuster, and we do not waive or absorb insurance deductibles (Texas Insurance Code Chapter 707).
