Unlock gates and keep the driveway reachable so we can safely set ladders and reach the roof.
Note your concerns
Point out any known leaks or trouble spots. If you want an attic look, make that space reachable.
You are welcome — but not required — to be home for an exterior inspection. If you would like to review the attic or talk through your options in person, being there is best.

Common questions
Do I need to be home for the roof inspection?
It helps but is not always required. If we only need to inspect the roof exterior, we can often complete it with your permission and access to gates. If you would like us to review the attic or interior, or discuss your concerns in person, being home is best. We will confirm what is needed when we schedule.
How long does a roof inspection take?
Most residential inspections take about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the roof and whether we review the attic or use a drone. We do not rush — we document what we find and explain it clearly.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. Your roof inspection is free and there is no obligation. You receive documented findings and honest recommendations, and you decide the next step at your own pace.
Will you use a drone on my roof?
When it is helpful and safe, we use a drone to photograph the full roof and reach steep or hard-to-access areas. Drone imagery supports our measurements and condition records. Not every roof needs one — we use it where it adds value.
When storm damage is present we document it and explain your options — but Storm Bolt Roofing is a roofing contractor and does not act as a public insurance adjuster, and we cannot guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved.
