Opt-Out Preferences

Turn our marketing off, or ask us what we have on file for you.

These forms do the work. Each request is stored with a date and a reference number, and an opt-out is written straight to the suppression list our systems check before anything is sent. You do not have to call and ask twice.

Worth saying plainly: stopping marketing does not stop us talking to you about a job. If we have an inspection booked, crews scheduled, or an agreement signed, we will still reach out about that work, and we will still send anything the law requires. Those end when the job does.

You can also reply STOP to any message from us, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Ask about your information

Ask for a copy of what we hold, have something corrected, or have it deleted.

We ask for an email or a phone number and nothing more, because that is all it takes to find your records and reply. Before we hand over or delete anything we may need to confirm the address or number is yours — that step is there to stop somebody else requesting your information. We aim to answer within 45 days.

Cookies and tracking on this site

This is a deliberately light website. Here is the whole of it.

Strictly necessary — cannot be switched off here

These keep the site working: your session if you sign in to a portal, your language choice, and the security check that stops bots from flooding our forms. Blocking them in your browser will break the pages that depend on them.

Analytics — not currently running

This site does not load an analytics tag at present, so there is nothing here for you to switch off. If we add one, this page will say so and a control will appear here before the tag ships.

Advertising and retargeting — not used

No advertising pixels, no cross-site retargeting tags, no social tracking scripts. Our Facebook and Instagram links are ordinary links: they take you there, they do not report back.

Controls you already have

Cookies: every major browser can block or clear them, for all sites or just this one.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track: if your browser or an extension sends one of these signals, it reaches this site with your visit.
Mobile advertising ID: iOS and Android both let you reset it or limit ad tracking in system settings.
Email images: blocking remote images in your mail app defeats the open-tracking pixel used in most marketing email.
