2Roof Inspection
Every part of the roof system, on camera
We are not hunting for one obvious spot to point at. We work the whole roof and photograph it as we go.
- Shingles, flashing and every penetration — pipe boots, chimneys, skylights, valleys.
- Ventilation and known leak areas, traced back to where the water actually gets in.
- Drone photos where they add something, and an attic or interior look when a leak calls for it.
3Findings & Recommendations
The verdict, with the photos to back it up
We sit down with you, go through the images and tell you what they mean. Then the decision is yours, on your timeline.
- Photos of every issue we found, and you keep them.
- A straight repair-or-replace recommendation — and when a repair is enough, we say so.

4Claim Documentation
If a storm did it, we document it properly
Hail and wind claims live or die on documentation. When your roof has storm damage, we produce the record your insurer will ask for.
- Photographs and roof measurements of the visible damage, location by location.
- A contractor estimate and supporting records; at your request, we can be present when the adjuster inspects the roof.
- We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster. We do not interpret your policy or promise an outcome.

8Cleanup & Walkthrough

The job is done when your yard is clean, you have looked over the roof with us, and your paperwork is in hand.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most asphalt-shingle homes are done in one to two days; roof size, complexity and weather set the pace. You get the schedule up front and updates as the day goes.
What do you do on an insurance claim?
When there is storm damage, we document it and supply the measurements, photos and contractor estimate a claim needs, and, at your request, we can be present when the adjuster inspects the roof.
